Traversing Hoist

• The traversing hoist ensures telephone exchanges, field hospitals; power and water supply units, etc. can be loaded quickly in the event of emergencies and disasters.
• Fast connection to containers or shelters of varying designs.
• Rapid loading.
• Hoisting frames have the facility to be extended in pairs or controlled individually.
• Roller castors are fitted on each support enabling manoeuvrability without load.
• Rollers are automatically folded up under load.

A loaded container can be moved with the new traversing lifting gantry design.

Container Castor Roller Sets

• 4 individual corner castors.
• 1 un-steered drawbar.
• 1 mounting aid.
• Attached at the front, in the underneath mounting corner.
• Carrying capacity of up to 130 kN, depending on the number of castor rollers in the set.
• Utilised with special wheels.
• Can overcome a maximum step of 30 mm.

Options: Lifting device for 6 t, 10 t, 12 t and 15 t containers.

The heavy duty castor roller sets are used to manoeuvre containers or shelters over paved ground. The castor rollers are attached from below into the ISO-corners leaving the side pockets of the ISO-corners free for other purposes.


Aircraft Loading Systems

The aircraft loading systems are the ideal solution for containers that need to be independent from auxiliary loading equipment or lifting gear for aircraft loading.

The systems also enable loading and un-loading from vehicles, allows the containers to be manoeuvred over various ground conditions and then levelled into their working position.

Aircraft loading systems are an important complementary system for containers and shelters that need air portability and/or manoeuvrability over varying ground in operational environments this is largely due to the reorganisation of military units into smaller, rapid response and deployment units, as well as, the development of using shelters with the footprint of an ISO container to create modular villages for varying unit requirements. These units need to react very quickly and take their prime tactical equipment with them, our systems enable this.
