IMS Limited was founded in 1982 and operate in three separate business sectors, these being; the commercial vehicle industry, military and industrial sectors.
IMS is a separate operating company within the Netherlands based Pon Holdings, the distributor in Holland for vehicles and components from Volkswagen, Audi, Seat, Skoda, Porsche, Continental Tyres and Caterpillar along with the distribution for MAN in the Benelux and France, these are among many more famous brands represented by Pon’s operating companies. Pon's activities extend to Scandinavia, North America and Poland.
